Core Programme
An Open Knowledge Conference
The OKFestival Core Organising Team is hard at work to make the week of festival and conference programming highly interactive and participatory during OKFestival 2012, featuring a variety of satellite events, evening receptions, group team-building sessions, guest lectures, keynotes, workshops, hackathons meetups, and lectures each day. These mixed formats will effectively combine annual events OGDCamp and OKCon to form the first festival of its kind in the world.
Core OKFestival Conference Days
OKFestival’s core conference-based days are Tuesday the 18th of September to Thursday the 20th of September, with a summary and debrief day of programming on Friday the 21st.
Satellite Programming will also be available on Saturday the 15th of September to Monday the 17th of September, with additional meetings and sessions on Saturday the 21st of September.
Please stay tuned in the next few months as we finalise the scheduled sessions for each day of core conference programming, to be displayed graphically and in more detail here as we confirm it.
